Phalaenopsis Flower / One Of The Most Beautiful Flower

Phalaenopsis /ˌfælɪˈnɒpsɪs/ Blume (1825), known as moth orchids, abbreviated Phal in the horticultural trade,[2] is an orchid genus of approximately 60 species. Phalaenopsis is one of the most popular orchids in the trade, through the development of many artificial hybrids. It is native to southern China, Taiwan, the Indian Subcontinent, Southeast Asia (Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.), New Guinea, the Bismarck Archipelago, and Queensland. The generic name from Greek means φαλαινα "Phalaen[a]-like" and is probably a reference to the genus Phalaena, the name given by Carl Linnaeus to a group of large moths; the flowers of some species supposedly resemble moths in flight.

For this reason, the species are sometimes called moth orchids. They are native throughout southeast Asia from the Himalayan mountains to the islands of Polillo, Palawan and Zamboanga del Norte in the island of Mindanao in the Philippines and northern Australia. Orchid Island of Taiwan is named after this genus. Little recent information about their habitat and their ecology in nature is available since little field research has been done in the last decades. Wikipedia

Therefore, it can also be helpful in treating migraines, headaches, depression, nervous tension and emotional stress. The refreshing aroma removes nervous exhaustion and restlessness while also increasing mental activity. It has a well-researched impact on the autonomic nervous system, which is why it is frequently used as a treatment for insomnia and also as a way to regulate heart-rate variability. One study showed that people taking tests showed a significant decrease in mental stress and anxiety, as well as increased cognitive function when they inhaled lavender oil and rosemary oil before taking the exam!

Sleep
Lavender essential oil induces sleep which has made it a common recommendation for an alternative treatment of insomnia. Frequent studies on elderly patients have shown an increase in their sleep regularity  when their normal sleep medication is replaced with some lavender essential oil being placed on their pillows. It has such a relaxing impact on people that it can often replace modern medicine for sleep issues.

Nice benefits Of Barberry For Your Health/ What will Happend In Your Body When You Eat Barberry

Strengthens Your Heart
A study published in "Circulation Journal" in May 2012 reported that berbamine, an active compound in barberry, protects your heart from ischemia/reperfusion injury, which is the tissue damage caused when blood flow is restored to the tissue after a lack of oxygen. Berbamine executes this job by regulating the concentration of calcium ions inside cells and by preventing the activation of a protein called calpain, which plays a crucial role in heart failure. Furthermore, berbamine enhances the contraction of heart muscles by increasing the sensitivity of cells to calcium, a mineral that regulates muscle contraction, revealed a study published in the July 2011 issue of "Journal of Cardiovascular Pharmacology.

-Barberry is effective in easing infection and inflammation of the urinary, respiratory, and gastrointestinal tracts. Common health problems like sinusitis, nasal congestion, sore throat, bronchitis, and candida infections are easily treatable with barberry. Skin conditions like psoriasis can also be treated with the help of barberry extracts.

Liver Cleansing
Barberry can be an effective cleanser for the liver. It has the ability to promote the flow of bile and correct liver function. According to Vitamins & Health Supplements Guide, "Barberry has long been used to stimulate bile secretion and the liver in general, as a bitter digestive tonic, diuretic, alterative, and immunostimulant."

-Experts consider barberry an effective treatment for diarrhea, including diarrhea caused by food poisoning. Some studies have shown that the symptoms of diarrhea improve faster with barberry as compared to traditional antibiotics. Barberry contains powerful astringent properties that help in killing intestinal bacteria faster.
-Vitamin C
-The berries of the barberry plant are rich in vitamin C. These berries are edible and can be used to make syrup, jam and juice.
-Manages Your Blood Sugar
-Barberry may offer protection against Type 2 diabetes, disclosed a study published in the July 2012 issue of the journal "Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome and Obesity." The researchers involved in the study asked the participants to consume a preparation containing barberry and Silybum marianum, also known as milk thistle, for 90 days. Results showed reduced triglycerides and total and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and lower fasting insulin and glycosylated hemoglobin -- a blood test that shows a person’s average blood sugar level for the two to three months prior to the test. This led to the conclusion that barberry, when used along with milk thistle, helps stabilize blood sugar levels and treat diabetes.

-If you have any allergy or problem talk to your doctor before using

Euphorbia Wich In Some Countries have A Funny Name/ Nice Plant For Designing

Euphorbia tirucalli is a tree that grows in semi-arid tropical climates.
It has a wide distribution in Africa, being prominently present in northeastern, central and southern Africa. It may also be native in other parts of the continent as well as some surrounding islands and the Arabian peninsula and has been introduced to many other tropical regions. Its status in India is uncertain. It grows in dry areas, and is often used to feed cattle or as hedging. It is well known in Sri Lanka where it is called Kalli in Tamil, as mentioned in the Akananuru by the Sri Lankan Tamil poet Eelattu Poothanthevanar and in Sinhalese:  Navahandi or Gass Nawahandi.Euphorbia tirucalli is a hydrocarbon plant that produces a poisonous latex which can, with little effort, be converted to the equivalent of gasoline. This led chemist Melvin Calvin to propose the exploitation of E. tirucalli for producing oil. This usage is particularly appealing because of the ability of E. tirucalli to grow on land that is not suitable for most other crops. Calvin estimated that 10 to 50 barrels of oil per acre was achievable. It has also been used in the production of rubber, but this was not very successful.Wikipedia

Poisonous Houseplants Which You Should Take Care Of Them More

Dieffenbachia
The sap causes the tongue to burn and swell, enough to block off air to the throat. It can be fatal to both humans and pets if ingested in large amounts.

Philodendrons

No other group of plants is as widely used indoors as philodendrons, but they are poisonous to humans and pets. Eating them can cause burning and swelling of lips, tongue, and throat; vomiting; and diarrhea.

Pothos

A close relative of philodendron, pothos is just as easy to grow, but unfortunately causes the same symptoms of philodendron if ingested.

Sago Palm

One of the oldest living plants on earth, sago palm may have survived so long because animals don't eat it. All parts of the plants, including the seeds and roots, are poisonous. Ingesting sago palm causes vomiting and diarrhea, and may lead to liver failure.

Daffodils

Many spring bulbs, including hyacinths and daffodils forced for indoor blooms, are toxic if eaten by humans or pets. Eating the bulbs (which can be mistaken for shallots or onions) can cause intense stomach problems, high blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, and even death.
